Day 1: Airport pickup and accommodation transfer can be arranged. Free time or a short introductory walk if arrival time allows.

Day 2: Private Almaty City Tour, with Kok-Tobe available according to interests, timing and opening conditions.

Day 3: Medeu and Shymbulak. The exact cable-car section and ticket type are confirmed for the selected date.

Day 4: Private full-day trip to Charyn Canyon and the Valley of Castles, returning to Almaty.

Day 5: Free time or a short stop according to the departure schedule, plus airport transfer when listed in the quotation.

Are flights from India included in the package?

No. Trip Kazakhstan does not book or include international flights, domestic flight tickets, train tickets or scheduled bus tickets. We plan the Kazakhstan-side services around your confirmed arrival and departure details.

Can you create a package from Delhi or Mumbai?

Yes. We prepare private itineraries for travelers from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Kerala and other locations across India.

How much does a Kazakhstan trip from India cost?

English-speaking support is available throughout organized parts of the itinerary. On sightseeing days, the accompanying guide can explain main attractions and answer questions. Dedicated accompaniment is not provided during independent free time.

Can I customize the itinerary?

Yes. The route can be adjusted around your dates, group size, interests, pace, hotel level and seasonal accessibility.

Can the package include Charyn, Kolsai and Kaindy?

Yes, when trip duration, season, road conditions and park access allow it. The standard lakes program includes the First Kolsai Lake and Kaindy Lake.

Can the route include Turkistan?

Yes. Turkistan can be included in a longer 8–10 day private road itinerary with separate daytime transfer days.

Are airport transfers included?

Airport pickup and return transfer can be included in the quotation. Pickup point, waiting time, luggage capacity and additional stops are stated in writing. Travelers should inform us promptly about flight delays.

Do you provide visa assistance?

No. Trip Kazakhstan does not provide visa services or immigration advice. Travelers must verify current entry requirements directly with the relevant official authorities.

Is travel insurance included?

No. Travelers are responsible for obtaining suitable travel insurance independently.

Can you arrange trips for children or elderly guests?

Yes, subject to the selected route. Tell us children’s ages and any mobility or health considerations. Not every natural location is suitable for wheelchairs or reduced mobility.

What happens if weather or road conditions change?

The itinerary may be adjusted because of weather, traffic, road access, park rules or attraction closure. We discuss a realistic replacement, sequence change or rescheduling option.
