Cancellation Policy

We explain our cancellation, date change, and refund conditions in advance so that all booking terms are clear before your trip.

General Cancellation Terms

We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible. The earlier we receive your request, the more options we may have for changing the date or arranging a refund.
The exact cancellation conditions depend on the selected tour, travel date, number of guests, route format, accommodation, transport, and any prepaid services.
If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the tour starts, a refund or rescheduling to another available date may be possible. However, any actual costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund. These may include accommodation bookings, tickets, third-party services, payment system fees, or other non-refundable expenses.
If a cancellation is made 24–72 hours before the tour starts, a partial refund or rescheduling may be possible by agreement. The refund amount depends on the costs already incurred and the conditions of the specific tour.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tour starts, or if the client does not show up or cannot be reached on the day of the trip, the payment may be non-refundable, as transport, driver, route planning, and organizational arrangements have already been prepared.
If a trip is cancelled or changed due to weather conditions, road closures, restrictions, unsafe route conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a date change, route adjustment, or another available travel option.
If the tour price includes accommodation, entrance tickets, guide services, equipment rental, or other partner services, refunds for these items depend on the cancellation rules of the relevant partner.
We recommend checking the exact conditions for each tour before booking. Before the trip, we confirm the route, date, departure time, price, and list of included services.

  • More than 72 hours before the tour
    A refund or date change may be possible if no non-refundable costs have already been incurred.

  • 24–72 hours before the tour
    A partial refund or date change may be possible by agreement. The final amount depends on the costs already incurred.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour
    The payment may be non-refundable, as transport, driver, route planning, and other arrangements have already been prepared.
  • Weather or road closures
    If the trip cannot take place due to weather, road closures, or unsafe route conditions, we will offer a route change, date change, or another available option.
